As a digital marketing manager at Eternity, I led the development and execution of effective strategies to engage diverse audiences, including customers, partners, and Vermont businesses. In addition to creating engaging content, I oversaw all social media accounts and client interactions, ensuring freshness and relevance in content. My efforts played a vital role in promoting Eternity's services and establishing their leadership in web design and digital marketing within Vermont.

Digital Marketing

As a Digital Marketing Manager, I bring creativity and strategy together. I oversaw digital assets, coordinated processes, analyzed performance, monitored trends, tested new ideas, managed budgets, wrote engaging blog content, and more — all to drive meaningful results.

Client Management

By leveraging Slack, Google Suite, Trello, and HeyOrca, I managed approximately 10 clients simultaneously, ensuring effective engagement, timely reminders for meetings and reviewal processes, and alignment with operational strategy. This approach led to long-term relationships, with over half of these clients working with me for more than two years.

Project Management

For each campaign and project I managed, I provided meticulous strategic oversight and established clear timelines, ensuring that clients felt supported, engaged, and fully informed about review schedules and progress.

Cross-Channel Collaboration

Worked with multiple channels to design and execute effective cross-channel campaigns for clients on a monthly basis, utilizing both email and social media marketing.

To establish Eternity as a leader in the Vermont Web Design & Marketing landscape, I executed an education-centric strategy.

This involved offering transparent insights into our range of services within digital marketing and website design. The content was designed to be easily understandable, ensuring accessibility for all audiences and fostering strong community relationships.

02. Organic Social

I had the opportunity to create a wide range of organic content, aimed at offering insights into various topics and motivating others to integrate them into their business marketing strategies.

03. Management

I oversaw the social media department, spearheading strategy implementation, content creation, community management, and cross-promotion campaigns. I worked collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivered impactful results for both Eternity and their social media clients.
